“Strangely reminiscent of the glory days of Fall Out Boy, back before many knew their name...” - Barrett Stephens
Lost in the City
still loud. still burning. still lost.
Lost in the City is a Kansas City–based pop-punk/emo band delivering songs packed with urgency, nostalgia, and heart. The lineup features Shane Radford (vocals/guitar), Tyler Hicks (guitar), Ellis Mays (bass), and Andy Putonen (drums).
Blending soaring choruses, driving guitars, and lyrics that cut straight to late-night memories and suburban heartbreak, Lost in the City brings back the spirit of 2000s punk with a modern edge. The band’s sound nods to influences like Fall Out Boy, blink-182, and My Chemical Romance while carving out a space that’s entirely their own.
Formed out of long-time friendships and a shared need to make music that means something, Lost in the City has become known for their high-energy live shows and songs that feel like they were written for every kid who never quite fit in. With their latest singles building momentum, the band is gearing up to bring their story — loud, raw, and real — to bigger stages.
